HR Recruitment During Covid-19

Along with the world economy and healthcare systems, Covid has also changed how HR recruiting is done.

There’s a re-examination of talent acquisition strategies and technology. Many of these changes raise the bar of the recruitment process. There is no turning the clock back to pre-pandemic times. These changes will be around long after the pandemic subsides.

“Our team is proud to have achieved so much in such a short time – and to have stood up to Covid-19, Ferretti added. Their innovative breakthrough was the D-TECH Face Mask line. The production line is officially supported by the German Health Alliance (GHA).
